Online Purchases.  When buying items through our website, you acknowledge: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 

2. General.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We do not produce any items containing pornographic or crude imagery or text. You are responsible for ensuring that any files transferred by you to Wiseman Promotions, LLC are complete, accurate, and contain no spelling errors. You acknowledge no refunds will be given. 

3. Pricing & Payment.  Prices for items are set forth on our website, are subject to change from time to time, and are due at the time of purchase. You are responsible for payment of all taxes that are levied upon and related to these items. Consulting services will be performed at Trucksafe Consulting, LLC's standard hourly rates unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. 

4. Credit Card Authorization. If you utilize a credit card for payment, you authorize Wiseman Promotions, LLC to charge your card for any and all amounts due, plus any additional tax. You understand this authorization will remain in place until the debt is fully discharged or you revoke this authorization in writing. You agree to promptly notify Wiseman Promotions, LLC of any changes in credit card account information. 

5. Refunds.  Due to the customization of the items we offer, we are unable to offer refunds. Accordingly, all sales are final and no refunds will be given for any items purchased. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us. 

6. Product Ownership, Use & License.  By providing content to Wiseman Promotions, LLC, you acknowledge that you own the content or otherwise have permission to reproduce the content. Wiseman Promotions, LLC will not reproduce copyrighted content unless you own the copyright or have permission from the copyright holder. You hereby grant Wiseman Promotions, LLC a non-exclusive, unconditional license to use your content and images of your items in its promotional content, including online and in print. 

7. Website Accounts & Memberships.  We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

8. Protection of Online Accounts. You shall be solely responsible for protecting and safeguarding any keys, certificates, access codes, user IDs, or other login information provided for the purpose of accessing and using your account on this website. Wiseman Promotions, LLC shall not be liable for any unauthorized use or access to your account or the information stored therein. 

9. Warranty & Remedy. Wiseman Promotions, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to items ordered by you.

10. INDEMNIFICATION. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD WISEMAN PROMOTIONS, LLC (INCLUDING ANY AFFILIATES, OWNERS, AND EMPLOYEES) HARMLESS FROM AND DEFEND IT AGAINST ANY DEMANDS, LOSS, LIABILITY, CLAIMS OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING DUE TO, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH, YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR ANY ITEMS RECEIVED FROM WISEMAN PROMOTIONS, LLC. 

11. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wiseman Promotions, LLC, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for regulatory fines or penalties, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of the services or items offered through this website or by Wiseman Promotions, LLC.

Communications.  By using this website, you agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time. 

13. Notices.  Any notices required under these Terms must be provided electronically to Wiseman Promotions, LLC via email at info@wisemanpromos.com. 

14. Entire Agreement.  These Terms represent the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, agreements and understanding between the parties. No modification to these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. 

15. Governing Law.  These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the laws of Indiana, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hancock County, Indiana.
